Golf is my passion and a big part of my life.
I got to know movesmart.golf early on and work with it regularly with my Pro. My weakness is too much control with my right arm. movesmart.golf shows very well where my muscles are active and where they are less active. It fascinates me that you can implement something instantly.
I could improve immediately. We always knew I was more active in the right arm, but not how much. Now we know and we get feedback immediately. I can only recommend movesmart.golf. The training with it and the improvements definitely brought me more looseness and security, also mentally. I am now confident on the course that I am consistent and also straight. This has also led to more calmness. In addition, I was able to gain more speed through the looseness. My swing is stronger and more dynamic today.

Golf is a school of life.
It's basically about balance and parallelism of muscle activity in the arms. The golf swing is a complex movement that changes through different muscle use. The use of the arms, shoulders or hands are match decisive. movesmart.golf helps to understand that parallelism in the activation of the muscles is important.
To achieve this balance, control is needed. In this way, I was able to correct my too weak activation of the right upper arm and too strong activation of the left upper arm. The result is a balanced movement and a safe stroke, less dispersion and a straight flying ball.

Golf is brain work.
I was struggling with elbow problems. We managed to get rid of the excessive pressure with a lot of practice. movesmart.golf is now a new tool for visualising such misloads. It gave me an additional, helpful piece of information to the usual swing analysis. You can't see on any other existing product how strong the activation of the muscles is.
It surprised me that I have much more tension on the right than on the left arm, which affects the length and precision of my swing.
movesmart.golf made me realise that I can activate the upper arm more and still stay loose in the forearm. Being able to separate this was new for me.

Golf is a great active leisure activity.
Although I am left-handed, attaching the movesmart.golf sensors is very easy and quick, and did not bother me at all during training. I was very curious to see what the result would be.
I was surprised to hear from the pro that my muscle activation in both arms and upper and lower arm is very balanced. In the past, I used to press the club so hard that I literally almost murdered it. To see from the readings and graphs that this has improved so much and that my swing is now almost ideal has made me very happy!
The readings are relatively low though, which explains my current problem. I now need to get more muscle activation - without cramping again - to get more length. I was fascinated by movesmart.golf and it makes a lot of sense. It was new to me that activating different muscles is so important.

Golf is a beautiful sport and the opportunity to be in nature.
The recordings from movesmart.golf showed that I work well with my upper and lower arm muscles during the golf swing. The Pro explains to me that ideally all the values would be the same; however, I am not quite there yet. We are now speeding up the rotation in the hips for more distance. I like to tense up when doing this.
We can now control this well with movesmart.golf. The goal is to stay loose in the arms and only turn the hips more. I am on the right track! I was very surprised what is possible today with technology.

Golf is a good recreational sport with social contact.
movesmart.golf is fascinating for me as a visual person. I was surprised to see that my strength ratios in my arms are exactly the opposite of how I feel. movesmart.golf has opened my eyes. My hands are often too late at impact. We now know that the muscle activation of the wrong arm was responsible for this. Seeing where I am using more or less power helped me to change something. The moment of impact and my lengths are better now.

Working on the golf swing is like looking for a bug in a software programme.
With movesmart.golf I experienced a similar effect to the first time I videoed my golf swing. I was surprised how different my muscle activity was in my arms without having the feeling for it. I almost only activated my left arm and not my right at all. Only after a few attempts could I feel the difference. In order to be balanced, I strongly activated the arm that I had previously felt was inactive. Then the movesmart.golf values are the same on both sides.
With the movesmart.golf sensors, I was able to work independently on my take-away after a short session with my pro and improve my movement very quickly. Especially in the short game (chipping and putting), I experience the differences between the movement patterns directly with the movesmart.golf app and can approach the correct movement precisely.

Golf is challenge and joie de vivre.
I got to know movesmart.golf during a golf lesson with the pro. The sensors were easy to put on and lasted well. A screen shows muscle activity in graphs and numbers. I can see how the muscles tense and relax, this to the second or millisecond. I have learned how the individual muscle behave during my swing. The feeling during a golf swing is not easy to classify. movesmart.golf gives external, data-based feedback that either agrees with my feeling or shows divergences. I found that very exciting.
Another new insight was what the values look like in tour players. Tour players all have equally high values in all muscle parts of the arms and low values at the same time. Or in other words, they are very relaxed during the swing. You don't get this kind of number-based feedback with the possibility of comparison otherwise. This shows me another source of error. I now know what I can work on in the swing and at what point in time.
movesmart.golf is a cool thing

Golf is my passion.
I got to know movesmart.golf with my Pro. The usual video recordings often did not show any other abnormalities in my swing, which urgently needed to be changed. Nevertheless, there was a lack of consistency in my shots. Through movesmart.golf we can now get values that are not measurable from the outside. They are one of the keys to stabilising my golfswing and making it more consistent.
I activated my left forearm much more than my right, which led to a certain disbalance. The differences were quickly and clearly visible and it was very interesting to see this on the screen. I tried to reduce the very high values with a lot of feeling. Mental images help. For example, I imagined concentrating all my strength only in the right arm or not activating the left side at all in order to achieve a balance. At first it was difficult for me, but over time I got better and better at it.
The sensors from movesmart.golf are small and are attached to the arm with a band, and this without cables and bands, as I know it from swing analyses so far. It doesn't interfere with training.

Golf is a cool game to play with friends.
movesmart.golf is quick and easy to attach. The sensors measure the muscle activity on the arm and show it in graphs and numbers. Understanding the exact muscle activity is difficult during the swing. I learned that I use my arm muscles differently during the swing than I thought.
The values showed too much activity in one arm. This explains why my balls don't fly straight and helped me improve. Of course, it takes practice over time to achieve sustainable success. But with movesmart.golf, I recognise mistakes in my swing differently than with just a video recording.

Golf is fun and an experience of nature.
With movesmart.golf I can really see where I have how much pressure in my upper and lower arm. That excites me. I'm in the process of adjusting my swing. I often pull to much with my arms. But if I focus on my shoulder coming down loose, I have a better swing feeling and more length. Seeing the differences in muscle activation on a scale was great and helped me a lot. I was able to implement the improvement quickly and it was also visible.
The Pro explained the readings to me and set my training priority on more left wrist activation. Movesmart.golf is easy to use and doesn't interfere with training in any way.

Golf is fascinating, this game is all about life.
In golf, you play most of the time against yourself and accepting your game, a bad swing and your mistakes are crucial for a good and successful round. Every time I hit a fantastic shot the felling is the same; the swing is effortless, relaxed and with flow. The tension and muscle activation on the wrong timing can be the killer of a good golf swing and movesmart.golf helps to identify this.
Using movesmart.golf with my Pro we could clearly see that the muscle on my right arm on the downswing was more active, not allowing the club to “fell”, that was resulting in a more out to in path that we would like. With this information we worked on a more relaxed release of the club which ultimately leads to a better shot. It's an amazing tool. The interesting thing is that movesmart.golf show how tense you are, even when you think you're not tense at all. It was a different perspective on how I approach my golf swing, I loved. Obviously, that still needs to be practised and monitored for a continued improvement.
